We will meet in Mercado da Graça in Ponta Delgada, where we going to know the different products that grows on the island, as well as our fish, sausages, cheeses and ways to consume and cook. After going to the market, these products will be used in the cooking class.At first, I will explain my options to the entrances, where is also include locals wines and cheese. Next we will start the cooking class,normally we cook 4 main courses (soup, fish and meat dishe and a desert) with demonstration and hands-on experience. After, we will enjoy what we have cooked. During the cooking process, I will show you the farm where I live, where you can see the typical fruits and plants from Azores and depending on the season of the year, we can pick fresh ingredients, to our cooking class.
