After I welcome you to mu house, I will explain my options to the entrances, where is also include locals wines and cheese. Next we will star the cooking class, where I explain the most important ingredients of the Azorean cuisine, normally we cook 4 main courses (soup, fish and meat dishe and a desert) with demonstration and hands-on experience. After, we will enjoy what we have cooked. During the cooking process, I will show you the farm where I live, where you can see the typical fruits and plants from Azores and depending on the season of the year, we can pick fresh ingredients, to our cooking class.
