During my cooking classes, I understood that my customers like to cook new recipes while traveling, as a way to “feel as a local”.

For this reason, we select traditional recipes prepared in a normal day by families, where the most common ingredients of our gastronomy are present.

Each box contains:

– Brief presentation and history of the recipe;

– Perfectly divided quantities;

-The best seasonal and fresh ingredients make the simplest recipes simply delicious.

All of these recipes can be cooked by us at your home, as Chef at home or home cooking, but we can also deliver them cooked at your home
