Having barbeques is an Azorean tradition practiced frequently. You will find great barbeque spots in many locations on the island with some sites even offering firewood.

This menu is composed of a selection of fresh products, prepared for grilling, with the option of beef, chicken, fish or vegetables. It is accompanied with a colourful seasonal salad, traditionally prepared potatoes (with pepper sauce) or potato chips/french fries.

For dessert, we offer banana bread or seasonal fruit.
